Our warehouse selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and pay $24.00 per hour upon completion of training and obtaining service and productivity goals. Our warehouse teammates move products through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. We are a team, and we want to work with you. So, here’s the details: Starting pay rate: $20.50 per hour. Once productivity/Service goals are met, moves to $24.00 per hour. Sign-on Bonus: Up to $1,000, depending on experience. 1st Shift schedule – 4 Day/10-hour work week.
