You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist on-site guests for all 3 medical departments
• Collect payments for services rendered in the office
• Schedule patients for future appointments
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Work cohesively with other team members to keep our patients on their prescribed protocol
• Perform all other office tasks from managers
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Prepare clipboards for Providers

We are looking for full-time. There are morning shifts and evening/weekend shifts available.
