ManageSterilization for Operations

A Day in the Life

• Experienced leader with strong operations leadership background

• Partner with Sterility Assurance organization and other functions (OU, RD, and others)

• Act boldly to drive Sterilization network strategy to support global footprint

• Drive network optimization (lead-time, cost reduction, etc)

• Capacity management (internal and external)

• In partnership with RD, driver sterilization technology diversification and Ops implementation

SUCCESS MEASURES:

• Set sterilization short / mid / long-term strategy for operations (includes BCM)

• Manage end-to-end execution

• Accountable for Global Sterilization value stream AOP and cost down

• Seek continuous improvement through Quality improvement, lead time, and cost reduction

• Navigate across the matrix to align with business needs (OU leaders, RD, QA, etc)

• Develop key KPIs for Sterilization value stream

• Reduce back order issues

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required

• Minimum of 15 years of sterilizationexperience or Advanced Degree with 13+ years prior sterilizationexperience

• 10+ years of managerial experience
