We are looking for a highly motivated individual who loves building client relationships. We want someone that hopes to be a leader in the community and aims to inspire the people around them. Your job in our office will to be to service/educate current clients, engage with prospects, and to make a difference.

Our daily tasks include:

-servicing existing clients and pivoting to potential opportunities.

-Setting meetings with clients to discuss their financial goals and help them realize their dreams for the future

-calling prospects and turning them into clients

-working with the agent and team to help further your product knowledge and understanding of the insurance business

The characteristics we are looking for:

Entry level/and or prior sales/office experience

Problem solving

Someone who is coachable

Eagerness to learn

Works well with the public and their colleagues

Self motivated

Passionate
