Maintenance Technician
Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team in the Bethlehem, PA area.
Earn $20/hour with benefits, or earn $22/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
Position Description
This position encompasses responsibility for all facilities management activities and repairs.
Proficient performing surface preparation and paint
Desk and furniture repair
Wall and ceiling tile repair
Electrical repairs, roof repairs
Repairs to the HVAC system
Ongoing maintenance
Parking lot repair and maintenance
Plumbing repair and maintenance
Grounds maintenance and snow removal
Lock repairs
Renovations and upgrades to the physical plant

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Active valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years experience in performing maintenance duties such as basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, wall/ceiling/door repairs, landscaping skills, and other general maintenance work.
Occasionally will be ON-CALL for emergency issues
