Position is internally called: Customer Journey Strategy and Roadmap LATAM Sr. Analyst
Objective: Develop a homologated Strategy and blueprint for the Customer journey for LATAM region. Focusing mainly on the Digitalization and automation of the Journey making sure the experience is as smooth as possible for any customer. The ultimate goal is to ensure e-commerce as a feasible business model for the region, always keeping in mind the customers’ perspectives and value.
Share insights and deliver results steered by the Strategic roadmap and executive management, focusing in the Digital future of the company.
Main activities:
1. Define a strategy for the region’s Customer Journeys so that the focus and goals to be properly aligned.
2. Develop and build strong market strategy focus on databases designing customer journey maps that leverage technology to solve business problems and enable new opportunities.
3. Define a common roadmap so that every stakeholder has a clear way forward and clear goals with regards to Customer Journeys improvements and definitions.
Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Languages: Advanced english and spanish.
Professional experience: At least 2 years coordinating projects focusing on customers and digital tools.
Valid documents to work in Mexico are a must.
