Summary
The Financial Services business in Australia / New Zealand represents over 300 corporate clients and super funds, 1.7 million members, US$115 million in Funds Under Administration (FUA) and has over US$45 billion in Funds Under Management (FUM) in Mercer products. The business provides varied superannuation solutions for some of the largest corporate, industry and public sector superannuation funds in Australia and New Zealand.
The Client Support Administrator (Workplace Savings Client Management Support) role will work with the client services team and has responsibility for providing administrative support to the Financial Services business. The role will work with teams across the Financial Services business to provide relevant administrative support/assistance with the successful delivery of client services and execution of Financial Services and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
