Mercy Radiology is currently looking for a new medical receptionist to join the Ascot Park team.
As the Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first person our patients and customers meet. Your role is to provide a professional service to all customers in a way that supports the quality experience we offer our patients. You will focus on scheduling, greeting, and managing our patient’s appointments. Through diagnostic appointments and on to surgical procedures.
Our reception team plays a key role in the efficient and smooth running of our clinic, ensuring we continue to offer a warm and inviting environment to our patients.
This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys a customer-facing role, you will be confident interacting with a range of patients and professionals, working closely with our Clinical and Medical teams to deliver the best patient experience for all our customers.
This role is a 1.0 per week 40 hoursRostered/set shifts:
Monday – Friday varying start time
You’ll be working primarily at the Ascot Park branch.
