MercyAscot Looking for Bookings Co-Ordinator at Epsom, Auckland Full Time

We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator extraordinaire who has previous Healthcare Administration experience, competent computer skills, and is a truly great communicator.

Based at Mercy Hospital you’ll provide surgeons and their secretaries with outstanding service in managing their operating lists with MercyAscot and facilitating all patient bookings for those lists. Attention to detail is a must, as is problem solving and great customer service – as you’ll work with both our internal and external stakeholders. This is a permanent role working Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts, with shifts rostered between 6.30am and 4.30pm.
