Metalmark Innovations is a Harvard startup commercializing cutting-edge air purification systems, built around our nanostructured materials.

We are located in Cambridge, MA and are looking to add a part-time (possibly fully remote) Executive Assistant to our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, creative, energetic, curious, and born to multitask.

Core responsibilities

• Help manage administrative tasks for 3 startup co-founders, primarily the CEO
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Arrange meetings and appointments, and prepare for meetings as needed
• Make travel arrangements using for employees and incoming client visits as needed
• Provide document organization (online)
• Prepare legal documents based on existing templates
• Plan for team and holiday events, as needed
• Source and select vendors and acquire products for corporate gifts or tradeshow giveaways
• Manage facility needs

Qualifications/Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant, or in other relevant positions
• Full comprehension and skills in using Google suite, Office suite, etc.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• High level and professional verbal and written communications skills
• Bookkeeping skills are a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
