MetroTech Automotive is looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities & Duties (included but not limited to):

• Screen incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly
• Take supply orders from customers via phone and email
• Order and maintain office supply inventory
• Provide administrative activities as needed, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, preparing communications, etc.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
• Sort daily mail; assist with FedEx packages

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong team player, results orientated, and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
