EUV Quality Engineer
As a EUV Quality Engineer in Front End Central Quality at Micron, you will be responsible for the quality of the EUV Process Modules during new product qualification, technology ramp and High Volume Manufacturing. You will be responsible to identify key process and product risks related to EUV and driving mitigation actions to improve product quality and defects related to EUV. You will also collaborate with technology development and manufacturing fabs to create improvement strategy for EUV related defects impacting product quality. In addition, you will also develop Key Quality Indicators and Defense Line Metrics for the process modules that utilize EUV Lithography.
Responsibilities:

• Quality process owner for EUV Lithography process modules in Global Quality.
• Interface with Technology Development team for new product qualification. Identify risks related to EUV and develop mitigation and control plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Fabs to improve the process quality, reduce EUV related defects for EUV during Technology Ramp and High-Volume Manufacturing.
• Be an expert in EUV module integration, defect reduction strategies and provide technical guidance to Manufacturing Fabs for EUV related process conversions.
• Develop Key Quality Indicators and Defense Line Metrics for EUV process modules to achieve Best-In-Class Quality.
• Improve inline detection capability for EUV induced fail modes
• Collaborate with TD to explore how DUV design rules can be modified to improve process margin
• Collaborate with manufacturing to increase process margin on EUV modules by improving uniformity on lines and contacts
• Lead / Contribute to cross functional task force for EUV related Quality excursions and drive quick resolution.

Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Micro Electronics or Material Science or Physics.
• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Industry.
• Ideal candidate will have Process Integration experience with EUV Lithography (Preferably experience in 7nm Logic Process).

• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
