Job description
Job Duties: Answer phones, respond to emails, and social media messages. Pre-sales work is also required. Other duties include: data input, filing, scheduling meetings, and other secretarial tasks as requested.
Job Qualifications: Great verbal, and written communications skills. Great people skills. Professional approach to work. Dependable, and punctual. Displays exceptional organization skills. This candidate should be precise and detail-oriented in their work. Proficient typing ability-preferably 65+ words per minute. Experience in using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, Teams, and Excel. High school diploma or G.E.D required. Minimum GPA 3.25. Associate’s Degree in Business Administration prefferred but not required. Candidate most possess the ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
