Millennium Hotel & Resort Manuels Taupo has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the existing Front Office Team as a Guest Service Agent.

Situated right on the lake edge, our beautiful boutique hotel boasts magnificent views of the lake, mountains, and town, award-winning restaurants, fabulous conference venues, and has a long-standing reputation for exceeding our guests’ expectations.

This is a full time position on a permanent rotating roster which includes a variety of morning, evening and weekend shifts.

This position reports to the Front Office Manager. You will thrive in a busy environment and will love exceeding guests expectations and creating a memorable first impression. This is a great opportunity to gain further development and exposure to greater hotel operations.

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Have fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise according to the hotel’s daily requirements
• Be a fast learner and show initiative
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be positive and have a can do attitude
• Knowledge of our PMS (Clarity) would be highly desirable
