Regular communication with internal and external customers regarding order/project product and service requirements is essential, following company guidelines while maintaining integrity and brand image.Specific ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales annual objectives in margin and volume as assigned by the company for the current fiscal year.Coordinate with different areas of the company involved in sales projects to respond effectively to customer needs.Seek new business opportunities and prospect new accounts.Develop and coordinate the sales process, including complex sales and negotiation strategies.Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships with customers through personalized attention and advice.Identify customer needs for design solutions to facilitate product sales.Enter and follow up on sales orders until closing the process.Re-engage with small client portfolios and develop new clients.Internal contactsDesigners, Project Leaders, New Business Development, Architects and Designers (A&D), Marketing, Commercial, Workplace Experience, FinanceExternal contactsCustomers, Brokers, Architects & Designers (A&D)EducationPreferred: Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Marketing or similar degrees.LanguageEnglish proficiency at 80% or higher.ExperienceDesirable: 4 years of sales experience, especially in B2B channels.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, both oral and written, to work professionally with all levels of staff and customers.
