This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Education and Organisational Development Team, reporting into the Deputy Director of Workforce, to develop the clinical and corporate education and training teams and ensure delivery against our Workforce Strategy. This role is crucial in providing strategic direction and driving forwards key deliverables for all of our OD and education teams; including Nursing and Non-medical Education, Medical Education, Apprenticeship, Organisational Development, Clinical Simulation and Library Services.
