Mini Mall Storage Hiring for Operations Administrator Job at Calgary Full Time

Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self-storage experts who span across 12 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. With over 37,000 units and almost 5 million square feet of self-storage space, our goal is to make storage simple and accessible throughout life’s transitions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support with administrative elements of project management
• Provide leadership team with weekly updates on various metrics across the company
• Provide administrative support on policies and procedures in the field
• Assist with system investigations to help troubleshoot any needs from the field
• Complete system audits on work completion in Sitelink and Call Potential
• Support Operational revenue and expense management through assisting on reporting and documentation to support site plan recovery
• Other administrative tasks as required

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
• Support with administrative elements of project management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to learn new software systems, experience with SiteLinks or Call Potential would be an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to construct and collate routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and escalate issues in a fast paced environment
• Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check
