Are you a skilled and dynamic Senior Service Delivery Manager (SSDM) with a passion for delivering exceptional services, and driving IT transformation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at MfE.
As the SSDM, you are the go-to person for business units interested in utilising IT. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our services to business units and ensure maximum business value is leveraged from technology investments.
You are driven by innovation and continuous service improvement and will be pivotal in helping the Ministry accomplish its strategic goals by providing the proper tools, technologies, systems, and support.
The SSDM will focus on the development of both an annual work programme as well as the day to day delivery of ICT services to the Ministry and have a deep understanding of IT government compliance, ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
This role collaborates with vendors to maintain strong relationships, meeting service level agreements, and resolving any escalations. The SSDM also collaborates closely with the Information Management Team. Internally the role will understand and manage the ICT business needs of customers and ensure maximum business value is leveraged from technology investments, and drive innovation and continual service improvement.

Salary range for this role is $114,872 – $139,510pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
