Personal Assistant/Team Administrator | Operational Policy and Design | Strategy And Enablement

About the role:

Our current Personal Assistant/Team Administrator, Operational Policy and Design, Strategy and Enablement is going on secondment and we are looking to backfill the position for a period of approx. 5 months

We are seeking expressions of interest from current employees with a desire to grow their skillset and people skills in a team administration capacity.

Most of all we are looking for someone with a positive mindset and a proactive approach to getting things done.

Skills and experience required:

• Providing personal support to Managers including: assisting management in prioritising key tasks, diary management, preparation of documentation (reporting) and recording of meeting minutes and follow-up actions
• Providing administrative support including, arranging domestic and international travel, contract management, processing of invoices (e.g flexipurchase and invoicing), ordering and purchasing of office equipment and liaising with facilities and IT people
• Being confident in using MS Office products would be an asset
