Administration & Support Officer – Wellington (Permanent Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration & Support Officer (Support Officer) to join our team! As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Tribunal stakeholders both internal and external recieve timely and efficient administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

You will be a people person with a clear and confident communication style and excellent customer centric focus.

You are a natural organiser with solid administrative experience. We are looking for someone with problem solving skills and a can-do attitude. You will be adaptable, patient and calm in your approach.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have

• General office and administrative duties including operating office equipment
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 2000 and Access
• Operation of accounts and purchasing
• Facilities management
• Frontline service provision
• Knowledge of legal processes and administration especially for tribunals
• Making and managing travel arrangements

Salary Range

The appointing salary for this role will be between $52,343 and $72,249 based on skills and experience.
