Te whiwhinga mahi/The Opportunity
The Ministry is adopting Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint and Teams, for management of its business information. We are seeking an M365 SharePoint champion to join our growing Information and Library Services team, as an Information Advisor, to help support use of these systems.
As an Information Advisor, you are responsible for advice, guidance, training and support for information management (IM) activities across the Ministry. You’ll also provide operational IM advice and support for courts.

The Information and Library Services Team (ILS) is part of the Data and Information unit (D&I), which is responsible for the effective management and use of information at the Ministry. ILS are specifically responsible for the day-to-day support and promotion of best practice records and information management, in digital and paper systems; as well as providing library services for the Ministry.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $78,418- $109,060 based on skills and experience.
