The Principal Adviser is a key member of the advisory team which supports the Secretary for Justice to provide high quality, nuanced support and advice to connect the Chief Executive to all his key relationships – ministry, ministers, judiciary and others. We aim to make sure information and decisions flow smoothly to and from the Secretary for Justice, alert him to emerging strategic issues and opportunities, and support him to manage them. Utu ā-tau/Salary
Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be on the J9 scale ($124,397 – $161,225 from 1 June 2023 – 30 November 2023, increasing to $128,129 – $166,062 from 1 December 2023), based on skills and experience.
