The Ministry of Justice wants people to have better access to justice services and be able to deal with us easily and quickly. That means improving how we support the courts – the place where we have the most impact on people’s lives.
This is an exciting time for the Ministry as we strive to reduce the time it takes to deliver our services to people.
We have both a permanent vacancy and a 6 month fixed term vacancy for fulltime Team Leader positions in the Auckland High Court. This operational and management role is all about driving performance through the development of our staff to deliver timely justice services to all customers of the court within specific jurisdictions. This vacancy will be responsible for managing up to 10 direct reports.
This is an exciting opportunity for proven people leaders and established line managers looking for a challenge.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $70,518 and $97,908 based on skills and experience.
