About the Role
As a key member of the Regional team and report directly to the Regional Director – Northland, the Manager Regional Employment provides strategic and operational leadership and management across multiple sites at a regional level to the Employment team. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities and encourage innovation to maximise regional effectiveness, enabling a people centric culture of high performance and continuous improvement to ensure MSD employment services are delivered to meet the needs and exceed the expectation of our clients and communities, and contribute to the achievement of sustainable employment and MSD’s strategic outcomes.
About You
Whilst this role requires someone with proven leadership experience, your ability to think client-centred and an ability to anticipate new issues and risks are critical.
Your people management and strategic management experience means you can lead from the front, applying a deliberate lens to meeting better outcomes for whānau.
Collaborative in style, you are an exceptional relationship builder. You are a strong communicator who enjoys maximising people’s strengths and influencing change. You have an innate talent for leading teams, building capability and achieving results.
You demonstrate strong creative and critical thinking who can see the big picture and break it down into tangible steps. With your proven ability to manage projects, you are methodical and able to clearly articulate your approach and influence others to adopt it.
