About our Team
The Culture and Inclusion team are a group of passionate individuals who put MSD people at the heart of everything they do by providing a range of support services for employees, managers and leaders.
The team strives to empower MSD whānau to bring their best selves to work every day by embracing authenticity, creating a sense of belonging and creating a workplace where all our people feel valued and trusted. About the Role
As a Senior Advisor you will support the design and development of people-related organisation-wide work programmes and initiatives. Some of the areas you will work in include:

Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate will offer:
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and delivering significant organisation-wide projects and programmes
- Experience advising, collaborating, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience coordinating people, resources and project deliverables
- Experience working in complex and politically sensitive environment.
Having an understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and a focus on biculturalism/Te Ao Māori would be an advantage, as would a background in organisational development related disciplines.
Location
We are open to all locations within New Zealand for the right candidate skillset. MSD offers a flexible working policy.
Position Description
Salary range: $95,546.00 – $116,778.00
