Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent Certified Payroll and Benefits Administrator experienced in bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, and administration of benefit plans in an organization of 250 or more employees. The successful candidate will need to be based/relocate to the Kelowna, B.C. area (this is not a remote position).

• Have your Payroll Compliance Practitioner certificate (or are working toward)
• Have a minimum 3 years’ experience with computerized payroll administration
• Have experience with ADP Workforce Now (considered an asset)
• Have excellent Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills (required) …This role might be for you!

• Are authorized to work in Canada (e.g. Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status)
• Are experienced with, but not limited to:
• Processing new hires, transfers, and terminations
• Preparing and/or approving ROE’s and T4’s
• Understanding and processing garnishments and family maintenance deductions
• Working with ADP on stop payments/reversals
• Maintenance of digital payroll filing system
• Auditing Payroll Registers
