CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK AND CHECKOUT OPERATORMitre 10 MEGA Invercargill is a locally owned and operated company with a vision to provide outstanding customer service and great value products to our customers.We have a permanent role at our Customer Service Desk and Checkouts that we are looking to fill. The Customer Service Desk and Checkouts is an integral part of our customer’s experience in our store, it contributes to their first and last impression and inspires our customers to visit again.This role includes creating and finishing customer orders, completing returns, repairs and replacements for customers, helping with customer enquiries, checkouts, and ensuring the customer leaves our store satisfied.Part of our success is the customer service we provide, so we would love to hear from if you have our passion for ensuring customers get the right product and an exceptional level of service every time they walk through our doors.The role is a permanent position working 36 hours per week. The roster pattern for this role is Wednesday to Saturday (inclusive), but we also may require flexibility when other team members are away. Shift patterns vary throughout the week, start times can be as early as 7am and finish as late as 6:30pm.Our successful candidate must:
