Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited Looking for eCommerce Coordinator at North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

Reporting to the eCommerce Content Manager, this exciting opportunity will support the ongoing optimisation of key digital marketing channels with a focus on promotional strategies, ensuring they operate with the upmost efficiency and deliver a highly engaging customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for but not limited to: –

• Creating and delivering useful, usable content for website users.
• Following practices that keeps content current, useful and usable. Adhere to standards and schedules to ensure a high level of consistency, accuracy, and relevance, providing an optimal user experience.
• Co-ordinate and deliver online sales promotions, including regular monthly activities, adhoc promotions and key promotional periods, ensuring the timely delivery of all marketing programmes.
• Ensure the delivery of a world class Omni channel experience by aligning the digital channel to the national promotional plan.
• Deliver excellence in content production and activation, with a strong focus on creating purposeful user experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar fast paced role (this could be eCommerce or online marketing), be a great problem solver with the ability to think on their feet and, have great attention-to-detail! Base level experience within graphic design as well as exposure to using content management systems is preferred. It goes without saying that you will be someone who loves digital but also cares about our customers as much as we do.
