Mixture Hiring for Administrative Assistant / Customer Service – Remote at New York, NY Full Time

We are seeking a person who can be effective and efficient in:

  • Overall administrative work such as answering phones, data entry, ordering supplies, organizing, filing, etc…
  • Processing wholesale orders, obtaining LTL shipping quotes and coordinating shipping
  • Inventory tracking and control
  • Customer service functions
  • Various other administrative and customer service functions

We are looking for a friendly person who has the following traits:

  • Strong overall administrative assistant skills with preferably 1+ years experience as an administrative assistant
  • Strong communications skills and solid basic math skills
  • Possesses strong work ethics and is results-oriented
