Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity to compliment our team; to learn from our Executive Chef and gain great experience working in a high-volume restaurant which is open 7 days?

Do you have;

• Proven experience in a similar role for minimum 2 years?
• Chef qualifications or Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent?
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, preparing, cooking and delivering meals ensuring a high level of quality and presentation?
• Knowledge of menu planning, rostering, stock control & menu costing?
• Strong organisational and planning skills?
• Pride in your appearance and good personal hygiene?
