MMD Construction Cork Hiring For Site Foreman at Cork, County Cork Full Time

MMD Construction are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Foreman (Civils) to work on exciting construction projects throughout Cork and Munster. The successful candidate must have experience in groundworks on housing projects.

Duties:
Work as part of a Site Management team on construction projects from beginning to end and ensure all deadlines are met

Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects

Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed

Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly

Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation

Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team

Requirements as follows;

5 Years experience in site management

Setting out capabilities an advantage ( not a requirement )

Ability to read and understand design team Drawings & Specifications

Good organisational skills required to organise, assign and monitor works for grounds works crews

Knowledge of and Experienced in working to Health and Safety regulations

Ability to implement quality control procedures

Experienced in services installation to Irish Water standard details and dealing with Irish water Field engineer

Be highly organised and the ability to work to Construction Schedules

Good ability to convey tasks and ensure quality of outcomes

Good knowledge of construction material and processes
