We are currently seeking full time COVID Testers for our client site in Taft, CA.

Job description:

The primary responsibilities of this role are to provide excellent customer service, maintain working knowledge of COVID-19 testing and vaccination procedures, and ensure daily site logistics are operating smoothly.

Essential functions:

* Testing by swab

* Travel to site location

* Set up and take down the testing site at the beginning and end of each work day

* Ask prompted health related questions and follows structured screening protocol

* Re-stock PPE and lab supplies

* Enter data into the EHR and/or lab system

* Greets all incoming individuals at the on-site location (employees, patients, and visitors)

* Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

* Motivated, reliable, organized, and punctual

* Ability to travel regionally as needed. Possible overnights or weeklong assignments may be required

* Demonstrates excellence in interpersonal, verbal and written communication

* Ability to work independently with minimal instruction

* Positive attitude and a team player

* Strong interpersonal, operational and organizational skills with commitment to accuracy, detail, follow-up and follow-through and the ability to multitask

MUST have a diploma from one of the following programs: Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, LVN, Phlebotomy, or similar medical program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
