JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a dedicated and self-motivated production assistant to help run our manufacturing in Portland,Oregon. You’ll working from home , making trips to our partner facilities around Portland to oversee production and get status updates. You will report directly to our CEO.
This position has a lot of room for growth as well as a flexible schedule. If you’re a self-starter who’s passionate about apparel we invite you to apply!
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Communicate with vendors about order details, trim, fabric, fabric cutting, and sample submissions
Communicate with partner facilities and provide updates to CEO, as well as help resolve any issues that arise during production
Order and ship out or deliver all finishing trims (main labels, care labels, stickers, etc). Provide projections to vendors.
Manage Quality Control at production facilities
Assist in the maintenance of production WIP reports and communicating changes company-wide
REQUIREMENTS
Unexperienced can apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Deadline-oriented, well-organized, and self-starting
A positive and determined attitude
Experience with GoogleDoc
Knowledgable in Fitting and Measuring Garments
Knowledge of Garment Construction and Manufacturing Process.
