ModMD LA Hiring for Contact Tracer at Remote Full Time

Work: Remote, on call.

Schedule: M-F 6pm—11pm PST, occasional weekends, paid for 2 hours if no contact tracing is required.

Rate: $30/hour

Qualifications: Medical professional with contact tracing experience (EMT, RN preferred)

Responsibilities:

-call patients positive for Covid-19, provide guidance based on CDC recommendations and recommendations based on film/tv industry standards

-identify potential Covid-19 exposures

-call people who have been identified as potentially exposed to Covid-19, provide guidance based on CDC recommendations and recommendations based on film/tv industry standards

-create reports based on contact tracing calls

-communicate with productions, provide guidance based on CDC recommendations and recommendations based on film/tv industry standards

-maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism, following HIPAA guidelines

-ability to show empathy to distressed individuals

-strong interpersonal skills required and ability to interact professionally with patients during a time of crisis and distress
