About this role

We’re looking for amazing people to join our contact centre! You will be doing a mix of taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calling to arrange follow up appointments and assisting our existing Customer Care Admin Team with additional customer service tasks. This is a very exciting opportunity to join MoleMap as we enter a transitionary period of growth and continue to implement innovative solutions to provide an exceptional patient experience. You will be working side-by-side with our existing customer service staff who will support you every step of the way. We are keen to get a mix of full time and part time team members with opportunities to potentially work evening shifts as well.

What you need:

• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Excellent listening skills and an ability to empathise
• Ability to think on your feet and use your initiative
• Great attention to detail
• Amazing written and verbal communication skills
• To be computer literate i.e., competent with using the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
• A positive mindset and passion for customer service
• Be the ultimate team player
