The Opportunity

An exciting chance to take the next step in your market research and insights career on a contract or fixed term basis. 
  
The Role

This an all encompassing role where your take ownership of your own projects in the market research and insights function as well providing support on larger scale projects tougher with other example responsibilities to include:

• Taking briefs from key stakeholders on the new market research projects both quantitative and qualitative
• Designing surveys
• Working across Voice of Customer, Brand & Market NPS programmes and platforms
• Provide monthly reporting
• Deliver compelling and actionable insights back to key stakeholders through key story telling
• Brief and manage the delivery of insights for research programmes with partners and agencies

The Fit 

To be a success in this role you will have:

• Market research experience in either qualitative or quantitative 
• Exposure to designing surveys an advantage
• Be a down to earth and open minded individual with a good attitude
• Have a passion for turning data into actionable insights and the ability to tell a compelling story from various data and information sources
• Have a passion of creating world-class customer experiences
• Have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
