We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator, to be based in our Macro Automation office in Auckland.
As an Office Administrator you will Support senior management to create an optimised organisation and business agenda including all related activities. You will provide support to our finance team as well as high quality general office administration support as needed, resulting in a high level of satisfaction of the stakeholder you support.
This is a permanent part time (50%/20 hours per week role), where you’ll be expected to be available 4 days a week.
External: liaising with relevant suppliers & customers
Internal: local & regional stakeholders
