Momentum Tutoring Looking for Operations Manager at Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We’re looking for a part-time Operations Manager to help us steer our next phase of growth across NZ. This role would be a central part of our operations and would report directly to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of our events and marketing calendars, ensuring efficient coordination and timely execution of all planned activities.
• Serve as a liaison between different teams including graphic design, web development, and tutors to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment, facilitating communication and cooperation between various departments.
• Monitor the progress of different projects and initiatives, identifying potential bottlenecks or issues and proactively addressing them.
• Assist in the creation and management of budget for events and marketing activities.

Required to be successful in this role:

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with team members and external partners.
• Previous experience in operations or project management roles, preferably within an education or event management context.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A self-starter, capable of operating independently and taking initiative when necessary.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms would be an advantage.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 4-6 hours per week.
