This large and highly professional organization is looking to recruit a Junior Assistant who ideally will be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach, good communication and interpersonal skills to work within their busy team.

As a Junior Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Undertaking administration duties
• Processing orders
• Processing files and allocation to the specific clients
• Maintaining and updating the client database
• Providing support to the main manager

Junior Assistant Experience:

• All applicants must have a high level of numeracy and computer skills.
• Our ideal candidate will be comfortable will have good administration, planning, organizational and time management skills.
• To be successful in this role you will have previous dedicated customer service or clerical experience and be well organized as you will be working on multiple projects at any one time.
• You will be an excellent communicator on all levels.
• Maintaining a high attention to detail will be essential in this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,200.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
