Become part of a 135-year-old company with South Dakota roots! Montgomery’s is growing and in search of an Office Specialist for our Sioux Falls team.
The Office Specialist plays a key role in the performance of Montgomery’s business office team in its support of the sales, delivery, marketing, and customer service departments. The Office Specialist provides support to the entire team in order to complete on-going office functions. Daily activities include answering phones, greeting customers and guests, and filing. Other daily activities may include balancing cash and preparing deposits, vouchering vendor invoices, and matching merchandise receipts to related paperwork. The Business Office maintains a centralized operation for multiple retail locations. Timeliness and accuracy is a must, along with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers and other company departments. This position is located on-site in Sioux Falls.
