Institutional Securities Technology (IST) develops and oversees the overall technology strategy and bespoke technology solutions to drive and enable the institutional businesses and enterprise-wide functions. Our clients include Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Investment Banking, Research and Global Capital Markets.
We are seeking an experienced HTML5/JavaScript/Angular developer to join a successful team delivering Morgan Stanley’s Alpha Capture program (TIDE). The team develops and maintains analytical tools that are used by IED Sales, Research teams for entry, distribution and analysis of trade ideas.
Position Description
The role involves all aspects of the software development life cycle: analysis, design and implementation. We need a flexible and practical technologist who demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, enjoys all aspects of software development and will contribute to the success of the team.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
