Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Business Office and perform administrative functions under the direction of the Administrator.

Job Requirements:

• Three years’ experience in a business/clerical/office setting.
• Must have a working knowledge of computer systems, system applications and office equipment (i.e. Timekeeping/HR/Payroll, Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher), copy/fax machine, personal computer.)
