Morrisey Digital Hiring for Full Time Patient Scheduling Coordinator – Fully Remote at Remote Full Time

Looking for an outgoing and caring person who wants a long term role on a great team with a lot of room for upward mobility. Perfect for someone with Medical or Dental office experience who wants a work from home job, but is highly dependable, responsible, and on top of their duties! No slackers!

If you don’t have medical experience specifically, but have a lot of phone experience, we will still consider you!

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Communicate via inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat
• Effectively manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflow
• Address Client questions and concerns
• Book and Manage Appts
• Responding to Leads via CRM

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience in Dental or Medical Intake/Care coordination a plus!
• Prior experience in Sales helpful, but not required
• Prior phone/chat/email customer support experience in a call center environment
• Ability to learn technology quickly
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance, HIPAA Compliance, and Med/Dental Financing Options a plus!
• Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies and project management software such as ASANA
• Exhibit a high degree of Professionalism

Must be available Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm PST/PDT (11am-8pm EST/EDT)
