Responsibilities

• Provide every client the best client service in the industry
• Ensure accurate and timely packaging of all loans originated by the loan officer
• Organize, compile, and verify loan application information
• Submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval
• Meet critical deadlines

Qualifications

Requirements

• 2- 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge you
• Experience working in the mortgage banking industry, familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage Products
• Knowledge of Encompass or equivalent to include basic computer skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and navigate through a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
