A large enterprise in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Mid-Level Software Developer to join their growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This team is at the forefront of cardmember experiences as they deliver innovative payment products across digital, mobile, and physical platforms.

This team is currently undergoing a major technological transformation as they work to transition monolithic legacy platforms into a microservices-based architecture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a modern tech stack (Java, Node, or Golang) and has developed and designed high transaction REST APIs. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in a modern development stack (Java or Golang)

• Relational and non-relational database experience

• Experience developing high transaction REST APIs

• Agile development experience

• Desire to learn new technologies

• Strong communication skills

  Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with open-source frameworks

• Continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI)

• Experience with Atlassian software development and collaboration tools

• Docker and Kubernetes experience

  The Offer

• Competitive Pay: Up to $60/hour, DOE

• Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of conversion to direct hire
