We are looking to hire a call center representative to work at our corporate office that services our 15 medical offices. The job duties will include answer phone calls, schedule patients, transfer phone calls to other departments, take payments over the phone, collect insurance information, check voicemails, and make outbound calls to patients that need to reschedule appointments. A well-organized person is a must for this position as well as the ability to multi-task. This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday through Friday. Two shift options are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday the hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Fridays are 9am-1pm or 8am-12pm. The pay starts at $17-19 an hour. We do offer benefits/health insurance which you are eligible for after 90 days of employment. Please email us your resumes.
