MOXX Brands Looking for Marketing Assistant / Content Creator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

Join a young, dynamic, and fast-growing team as our Marketing Assistant and lead Content Creator / TikTok Superstar. We’re looking for a talented, switched-on, and organized person to support on driving growth and engagement with our brands. From analysing marketing performance and sales, to strategic promotional and stock planning to setting up eCom shops, we’re looking for someone who can learn fast, thrives on a challenge, is comfortable in front of the camera and knows how to make on-trend content. 

You’ll work closely with our Brand, Design and Operations teams, which means there’s tonnes of versatility in the role and a lot to learn. This role would suit someone who has studied Marketing, International Business and/or Strategic Planning looking to gain brand experience and be part of a dynamic, successful NZ FMCG start-up as we expand internationally.

Role will include but not be limited to:

• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns and creating content that fits in with the strategic plan set by our Brand Manager
• Creating ideas, shooting and posting regular TikTok’s and Instagram Reels that drive engagement and growth for our brands
• Managing our social media accounts – from content planning, customer engagement and analytics
• Drafting and creating copy for websites, PR releases and social
• Preparing and analysing weekly sales reports
• Strategic planning and executing of promotional plans for key retailers
• Supporting on managing orders
• Supporting on new product development
• Supporting the COO on business development

WHO’S A GOOD FIT?

·      1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, International Business or Strategic Planning or just graduated from a

relevant field of study.

·      Must be creative, have a firm understanding of social video and comfortable in front of the camera.

·      Strong communication skills to manage external and internal stakeholders.

·      Proficiency in excel and strong attention to detail.

·      Can learn fast, be adaptable and solve problems.

·      Highly proactive and can deliver creative solutions autonomously.

·      Excited about working and driving growth in a start-up environment.
