Logistics and Warehouse Team Member

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

• Inwards Goods, Packing and Dispatch of goods in accordance with supply schedules
• Dispatching of overseas delivery’s (Ensure all required information and documentation are created)
• General housekeeping, trolley rounds, cycle counting, dangerous goods handling and query resolution will also be expected
• Duties related to the control of inventory, including SAP computer system
• Work with your team to achieve DIFOT (Delivered In Full On Time) for both manufactured and purchased products
• Receive goods and ensure they have arrived in sound condition and in correct quantities
• Store goods in an approved manner
• Handle associated routine paperwork and ensure inventory control systems are kept up to date
• Ensure all information requests from internal and external stakeholders are answered

What You Must Have

• Good time management skills
• Ability to cope with constant interruptions
• Exposure to SAP an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
• Focus on customer service
• Must have a proactive approach to challenges and problems
• Current driver’s license (F endorsement & forklift certificate would be an advantage)
• Proven experience working to deadlines under pressure
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Heavy lifting and manual handling capabilities
