Document Scanner
Job Summary
The Document Scanner will prepare, and scan documents based on client specifications and requirements.
Role, Responsibilities, and Essential Functions include the following, but not limited to:
· Prepare and scan documents using imaging software.
· Assign or Create job settings for each specific client in imaging software.
· Oversees quality of scanned images during the scanning process.
· Conducts regular maintenance of scanners by cleaning and replacing imaging guides and lamps.
· Conduct document preparation or quality control when scanning volume is low.
· May assist in training new teammates.
Competencies
· Must have strong working knowledge of all projects and tasks with experience working as a Document Preparation Technician.
· Basic understanding of job set-ups in imaging software.
· Willing to accept frequent changes in assignment and direction.
· Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency by meeting all productivity and quality metrics.
· Ability to lift and carry a 30–70-pound box a short distance.
· Strong computer skills required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Experience in the scanning industry or with scanning equipment and software preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Business hours are 7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. This position may require long hours and weekend work.
