POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Customer Service Agent will join our experienced sales team to support customers and maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Communicate with customers to understand customers’ concerns.
• Trouble shoot issues directly with customers.
• Analyze returned product and work with engineering and production as needed to resolve any issues identified.
• Prepare accurate reporting and analyze and communicate trends to enhance our processes.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed timely.
• Complete shipping paperwork to return evaluated product.
• Prepare credit memos as needed for review and approval.
• Stay informed about products and service information.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Set example for others in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and work habits.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Associates degree is preferred.
• Previous relevant experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Data Entry experience is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for record maintenance and creating spreadsheets.
• Experience with hydraulics & fluid Power, hydraulic pumps, hydraulics motors is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
